In 1929 Sidney Rees Powell purchased Pentwyn Farm off his Uncle. Sidney was my great grandfather, and my husband and I are now the 5th generation of my family to farm the land at Pentwyn.

My grandfather succesfully ran a mixed farm for many years, including battery chickens, pigs and sheep. My father was part of the enterprise to bring Limousine bulls to the farm, which were a great success during the 90's. Unfortunately Foot and Mouth hit the farm hard, and things have never been the same since- untill now! Join us in our research and diversification journey.........
